*The above recommendations are suggestions only. Personal preference and the amount of recycling plays into decision on size of tip cart.

Set Up Service

Any extra bags of garbage MUST be tagged with a YELLOW EXTRA BAG TAG. Tags can be purchased at Fareway, HyVee and Dump It/Reding’s Gravel and Excavating (2001 E. Oak Street) in Algona and Car-Go Express, Bancroft City Hall and Hager Foods in Bancroft.  

Our customers' and staffs' safety is our #1 priority. We are occasionally forced to delay routes due to the weather (snow/ice/etc). We will make every effort to make announcements ASAP on the following outlets:

Please have your garbage and recycling curbside by 7:00am. There are some days, especially holidays, when routes may run differently.

Special pick ups can be arranged for large items, including TVs, appliances, furniture and e-waste. Please call our office for prices or to schedule a pickup.

On holidays, please have your garbage and recycling curbside on your normal pick-up day unless your normal pick-up day falls on the holiday. If your normal pick-up day falls on the observed holiday, please have your garbage and recycling curbside on the day listed below.
